BPTA launches new Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Seed Potatoes
The Council of the British Potato Trade Association has adopted new ‘Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Seed Potatoes’ to replace the current ‘BPTA Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Seed Potatoes’ and the current ‘BPTA Terms and Conditions of Sale for Seed Potatoes’, which have been in use since 2007. The new Terms and Conditions, produced in conjunction with the NFU, better reflect the current trading environment for seed potatoes and will be available for use from 1st May 2012.BPTA Terms and Conditions and the Arbitration Rules of the BPTA together with notes on their use are made available to everyone athttps://www.bpta.org.uk/bpta_contracts.php as well as to Members in the Members’ Only section of the website.
