The Council of the British Potato Trade Association have updated the Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Seed Potatoes that have been in use since 2012. This version is to be introduced for Purchases and Sales of Seed Potatoes from the 2023 Seed Potato crop onwards.
